My family has been farming wheat for Crow Farms on the Palouse for over a hundred years. This has inspired me to be heavily involved in agriculture organizations like Future Farmers of America (FFA) and the International Association of Students in Agriculture and Related Sciences, of which I served as National Vice-President for the USA. I have attended the Borlaug Dialogue, an international symposium on agriculture and issues the industry faces around the world, where I had the chance to meet both the Secretary of Agriculture for the US and Mexico.
Having recently graduated from WSU with two degrees, one in International Business and the other in Political Science, I am excited to be able to work on important issues in District 9. Check out my "Issues" page for more information about what I plan to do for District 9.
Republicans are only three seats away from winning the House of Representatives, so this seat is a must-win, and electing an effective Republican legislator who can fight for the interests of the 9th District and put people over politics is essential.
Representing parts of Adams, Asotin, Franklin, Spokane, and Whitman counties, District 9 is a large and diverse area. That means it needs a representative that can work for many people and has a clear vision of how to do so. With taxes always going up and the returns shrinking, this district needs a representative that can work, putting politics aside, for real results.
